My birthday had much celebration.
Connections of all variation.
They fill up my heart,
And give me the start,
For my year of great jubilation!
How have you been connecting?
I just a had birthday.
Oh, my, I was celebrated!
Phone calls and texts,
Dinner out with part of our large family.
Such a wonderful “Buzz” of attention!
Friends, some from decades of interaction,
Some only a few years in the making,
Extended generations of family,
All reached out to wish me Happy Birthday.
I’m feeling “wrapped in a blanket of …”
Descriptor escaped me for a few seconds.
What I’m feeling is being loved.
“Wrapped in a blanket of LOVE.”
Precious.
I’m noticing that.
I’m keeping it right here.
