Varied terrain when you ride your bike,
May have some miles that you do not like.
Steep uphill, steep down,
May cause you to frown.

So daunting that it makes your gut clutch.

For any size task.
A trove of assistance you can touch.
Confused when you’re hearing or seeing,
An unknown that’s real, you’re agreeing.
Expand your first thought.
You’ll find that you’ve got,
Some new ways of thinking and being.
To live with the hard wind that’s blowing,
You must be intent on the “going.”
And may you receive,
Some micro-reprieve,
That morphs knock-down times into “flowing.”
