What a Privilege to Get to Tell One’s Story!

My talk this week in Farmington, MN,
FUN!
Engaged, attentive audience,
Giving me their interested response
To my story.

A few took time to tell me
Some of their stories.
I got to listen to
Amazing tales shared.

This time, I “got it” in a deep way,
What I do is FUN.

The real reason I want to give talks?
My audience and I have fun together.

One never knows where a story will land;
Who will hear some inspiring word;
Who will be encouraged to expand in some way.

I’m counting on “fun” being contagious.
That when my audience and I,
All have a good time,
We can carry away some zesty-spark.

I realize that I can do that.
“Yes, I can”.

Limerick:
When Your life holds much to your liking,
With projects or tasks you find striking,
Time be-comes more fun,
With things you have done.
Your dream goal, your speaking, your biking.

Hugs,
Lin
