You will guess this bike day was with
Bob, my husband, for his 82 b-day!

Root River Trail,
Rail Trail in SE MN.
Quiet, nearly private paths,
For two days.

Excellent weather,
Wildflowers blooming,
Flowering trees & bushes.

Food, tasty and well prepared,
Expanding our usual fare.

Riding side by side,
Asset of off-road biking.
Not much conversation,
Lots of shared appreciation.

We were deliberate in saying,
"I am very glad to have this time,
These adventures ,
This opportunity,
With you."

It mattered so much to me to be able to express
Love and Gratitude.
