​My “intention phrase; my “prism phrase” for 2022 is
TO NOTICE and APPRECIATE.
So much swirls through my day,
Quickly and sometimes fleeting.
I hope to catch what is there,
To notice it and appreciate what the swirl brings.
Yup, — however
I can imagine that there will be some
“shut–my–eyes” swirls.
May have to be some reframing /renaming to let me appreciate
That I took a look, at least.
We all have this new 2022.
Don’t know where this year will lead.
I can watch, live the days,
Soak in the unique “flavor” 2022 brings.
Precious connections,
Sharing time,
Focused listening.
Those are the treasures of any year.

“I made it today”.
