What Connects You to Your Community?

Gently, gratefully, I’m home.

Biking, tasks, obligations, opportunities,
Beginning to blur together.
Yet, each exists as rich piece in my life tapestry.

Rigid edges soften,
Reminding me of
My bigger picture.
Lucky me!

I got new valve for one bike tube.
I’m ordering different front handlebar bag.
Contacting organizations where
I have speaking gigs late September.
Noticing shorter daylight hours,
Soaking in late summer flowers.

All is well.

Limerick:
The dif-fer-ent parts of each life week,
Can be separate columns I must tweak.
When seen as a whole,
To nourish my soul,
Resulting composite, I do seek.

Hugs,
Lin
