An Invitation

Two upcoming talkS: Come if you can!

On Thursday, Nov. 3rd at 7pm, and Tuesday, Nov. 8th at 10am

Hello Friends,

Activities have shifted from riding
To getting ready to talk about my rides.
I have two Northfield "gigs" coming soon;
If you can come, please do.

You know my refrain:
“It’s never too late to say ‘yes’ to bigger things!”

Here’s a chance for me to share that message—
and I’d love to have you there.

Each of my rides over the last 17 years
Has added to my sense of personal possibility
And to the breadth of my life.
I so very much want this for you, as well.

I’ll be sharing my
"5 Keys for Taking the Lid Off Your Life."
These power each of my new endeavors.

Come hear me tell my story of how
Desire and persistence
Have turned to adventure.

This talk will be presented at two venues—
Pick the time and place that works best for you.

Northfield Public Library: Thurs., Nov. 3 at 7pm
210 Washington Street

Northfield Senior Center: Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 10am 1651 Jefferson Parkway

Helpful people have gotten these set up,
Well publicized,
Ready to roll.

We've caught pictures of me with two of these:
Debbie Nietz in Library,
Patsy Dew from Senior Center.

I'm feeling nervous, and excited to get to tell my story.
My time is going into getting ready.
Lucky to have that chance.

May all be well with each of you.

Hugs,
Lin

Today's limerick:
At times I have closed down my life's lid.
To move it, here's something that I did:
I broke through the mold,
When biking took hold,
To open horizons for this "kid.”

So glad to be able to speak in my home town!

Join me Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7pm!

Or Tuesday, Nov. 8th at 10am

Debbie Nietz, Reference Librarian at the Northfields Public Library, one of many there who have helped me make this happen.

Patsy Dew, Associate Director of the Northfields Senior Center, caught by surprise...

Enjoying local fall brilliance

Shari, it would be a joy to have you in the audience. Is there a group you belong to where you live that might enjoy having me speak? Perhaps something can be arranged! Send me an email…

Hey, Lin, this is great! Wish I could make it over to see and hear you. Break a leg, both tonight and next Tuesday morning. Ha! Two broken legs can be a good thing.:-)
